Livestock handling and slaughter facilities have met the requirements of animal welfare and the halal process carried out in accordance with Islamic law by the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI). The hygiene and health of the production process is supported by a sanitation system, slaughtering and carcass technology, an aging process, controlled process room temperature and stored in a chiller store.
