BENEDICTUS SETIO P - Commissioner, Indonesian citizen, 36 years old. He earned Bachelor's degree in International Management, Atmajaya University Yogyakarta (2008). Currently, he serves as the President Director of PT Delta Investama Indonesia.
JUAN PERMATA ADOE - Commissioner, Indonesian citizen, 64 years old. He earned Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Prasetiya Mulya (1989), and Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Engineering from the Bogor Agricultural Institute (IPB) (1981). Currently, he serves as Deputy General Chairman of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for Trade, and the Founder of PT Estika Tata Tiara Tbk.
JUANITA GRACIANTI ADOE – Commissioner, Indonesian citizen, 35 years old. She earned Master of Science Marketing from New York University (2015) and Bachelor of Science Information Management and Technology from Syracuse University (2010). She received Certificate Executive Education from Harvard Business School (2019). Currently, she serves as Deputy Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for MSMEs.
H. JANMAT SEMBIRING, SE – Independent Commissioner, Indonesian citizen, 61 years old. He earned Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Open University. Currently, he serves as Special Staff for Business at YPPSDP KEMHAN and, Commissioner of PT Thermacol Indonesia.
MUHAMMAD RUZAINI BIN YAZID – Independent Commissioner (Since 19th December 2022, effective resigned from PT Estika Tata Tiara Tbk).

Previously, from 2020 to June 2022 he served as Consultant at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, from 2017 to 2020 he served as President Commissioner of PT Mitra Bumdes Nusantara, from June to August 2020 he served as Director of Operations at PT Bank Bukopin (Persero), from 2016 to 2020 he served as Director of Business Development and Perum Bulog Industry, from 2015 to 2016 he served as Head of the Electronic Banking Division of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), from 2014 to 2015 he served as Executive Vice President – Main Lecturer of the Bank Rakyat Indonesia Division, and from March to December 2014 he served as Executive Vice President – Head of Electronic Banking Division of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia.

Previously, in 2017 he served as Human Capital Management Consultant at IMC Group, in 2016 he served as Head of HR Division of ICBC Bank and candidate for HR Director (certified); from 2012 to 2015 served as President Director PT Masa Kini Mandiri / Harian Umum Lampung Post; from 2008 to 2015 served as Vice President Corporate Human Resources Management, Media Group; from 2005 to 2009 he served as Human Resources General Manager of PT.
