3 KIBIF’s Way
● Halal Way :
The procedure for cattle slaughtering is done in accordance with Islamic Shari'a in KIBIF Halal Slaughter House who have received a Halal certification from the Indonesian MUI.
● Healthy Way :
Only healthy cattle selected that was slaughtered that were carefully checked by the Veterinarian in KIBIF ranch.
● Hygiene Way :
KIBIF beef produced through the process of slaughtering, processing, packaging, and distribution conducted hygienically clean secured in accordance with the NKV certification from the Department of Agriculture, Directorate General of Husbandry Production Development.

✤ Fattening,
The cows are strictly selected and well maintained to keep the quality of beef cattle.
✤ Well Healthy,
Supervision and intensive examination by the veterinarian to ensure the good health of the breeding cattle.
✤ Feeding,
Natural food provided is a good quality product and safety under the supervision of an experienced nutritionist.
✤ Produksi,
KIBIF committed to develop and produce innovative product variants, quality, halal, healthy and hygienic.
✤ Slaughtering,
KIBIF implement the Halal way of slaughtering according to the instructions MUI (Indonesian Ulama Council), Halal Certificate No: 01074000860606 and Hygienic (NKV: TPD - 3216023-002, ID - 321,308 to 003, ID - 3216023-005 from the Ministry of Agriculture, General Director of Livestock Production).
✤ Beef Processing,
The entire treatment process conducted in KIBIF product cooled room below temperature 7° C with appropriate quality control to produce the product halal, safe, exact and healthy in accordance with the concept of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points).
✤ Packaging,
KIBIF product is always packaged in hygienic packaging in order to maintain the quality and integrity until the hands of consumers.
✤ Distribution,
KIBIF applying Cold Chain System (Cold Chain System) in the management of integrated distribution and storage facilities (Cold and Chiller Room) and refrigerated vehicles (Chiller Box) is a high standard and monitored to maintain quality and hygienist of the products.

➠ Feedlot (Animal Breeding)
Maintenance and fattening beef cattle in KIBIF conducted under tight supervision by a veterinarian to produce high-quality healthy cows. Cleaning the cage was the main concern in order to support the development of the cattle. Natural feed produced by a special formula is part of a strategy to produce the best beef.
➠ Slaugther House (Live Cattle Abattoir)
Slaughtered beef is a healthy selected cattle that is cut in accordance with Islamic Shari'a that produce halal, healthy and hygienic meat.

Aging process on the chiller is controlled to produce the best meat quality.

The use of machinery and modern production equipment is a means to generate innovative products with best quality and hygienic.
